How does delivery work?

It's want to make sure you get your deck as soon as possible, most orders will be dispatched within 48 hours (Monday-Friday). You can expect your parcel within 2-14 business days from when it leaves us, depending on your location (we're located in sydney). 

You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number where you can track your order online here. Don't worry if there is no scanning in the first 24 hours, it can take a little bit to show up.

If it's a pre-order item, we'll send you item around the time listed on the products page.

If your game deck doesn't arrive within 30 business days, please get in touch so that we can follow it up with our delivery partners. 

Please note we don't ship outside of Australia or to PO Boxes, we don't take responsibility for lost or damaged parcels as a result of leaving unattended.
