Yes, for parcel lockers you will need to register online with Australia Post before you place an order. They will provide you with a unique (APCN) Australia Post Customer Number. Once you have this number, you can choose a Parcel Locker location that is most convenient for you. Australia Post will then send you the address of your Parcel Locker.

After you have placed your order, you will receive an SMS or email notification from Australia Post when your parcel is ready for collection. This notification will include a one-off access code that you will need to access your Parcel Locker. To open the locker, you will also need to provide either the last 5 digits of your Australia Post customer number or the mobile number to which the notification was sent.

Your parcel will be held in the locker for 48 hours. If you are unable to collect it within this time frame, there is no need to panic. After 48 hours, your parcel will be transferred to the nearest Australia Post facility that offers parcel collections. You will receive an email with the details of where you can collect your parcel from, as well as the opening hours of the facility.

You will have 5 business days to collect your parcel from the facility before it is returned to our distribution center.

Yes, for PO Boxes the PO Box number needs to be clearly entered.

Our latest card design features water resistant cards. This means the cards resist water to some degree but not entirely. Always wipe off any wetness or residue ASAP, especially before storing.

Due to the nature of the printing and cutting process, you may notice some card dust that has latched onto the cards with static. Don't worry, as you play this will blow off the cards.
